Our FISH Philosophy Motto for October:
Being There!
This motto is simple, yet powerful. It speaks to the importance of being present in the moment, both physically and emotionally, for our students and colleagues. When we are Being There, we are giving our students our full attention and not on our cell phones (No Cell Phones Policy!) or other devices. We are listening to them, understanding them, and supporting them. We are creating a safe and supportive environment where they can learn and grow. Being There is also about being present for our colleagues. It means collaborating with each other, supporting each other, and celebrating each other's successes.
